The main advantages of being residents of Lady of Grace are the following: the standards are high. Great emphasis is making this ‘home’. Cleanliness is a high priority, large servings of at meal times and treating residents with courtesy.
The staff are on the whole most accommodating in taking care of my needs. They made me feel welcome and at ease in the facility. The meals are delicious, being nutritious and appetising of excellent variety. Overall the care and meals are far superior to other facilities I have experienced.
Thank you all so very much for all the wonderful care and support that you provided for our dear mother during her six and a half years with you. We always felt that she was being well looked after and in safe, caring hands.
Thank you also for your compassion and support during her last few days and at the time of her passing, not just for Mum, but also for us. We really appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness.

I would like to say how happy my daughters and I have been since Mum (Evelyn) came to your friendly nursing home almost 3 years ago. It is extremely clean at all times and the quality of the meals are very good. If there needs to be a change in Mum’s diet, the Kitchen is only too happy to help out. Mum gets the utmost care and attention, if there is something that needs to be changed it is attended to promptly. I have always recommended Lady of Grace Aged Care Facility and will continue to do so.
I have been a resident at Lady of Grace for over a decade and during this time the nursing staff and management have been wonderful. Every effort was made to settle me in, make me comfortable and above all active again. They succeeded and I now participate and enjoy myself in the activities and events at Lady of Grace. My special needs have always been attended to. The meals at Lady of Grace are beautifully cooked and presented. My food preferences and diet are always catered for by the kitchen staff.
