Lady of Grace Aged Care is owned, governed and managed by Lady of Grace Fraternity- an Italian, catholic, not-for-profit registered charity of Italian heritage.
The Lady of Grace Fraternity was established in the suburb of Marsfield (Sydney) in 1955 by some very dedicated immigrants from the village of San Giovanni di Gerace in the Province of Reggio Calabria, Italy.
The traditions of the Fraternity all stem from a deep devotion to Our Lady of Grace and the roots which were well-laid in the village of San Giovanni di Gerace many years ago. The traditions ingrained within the Fraternity are incorporated in the Feast Day celebrations which takes place on the third Sunday of September each year.
With Our Lady by its side, the Fraternity endeavours to offer physical and emotional support to those in our community who are most in need. The Lady of Grace Nursing Home located in Dural is a tangible means of providing such assistance to the elderly and the frail.
